Yes. And that's why when you start up the game for the first time, it tells you about subscribing to the content found on the workshop by Studio 397 (the "official free base content"). It's silly and has confused many... but it's how they made it as this game was designed as a mod platform above and beyond anything else.

Development has recently been stopped as well (Studio 397 has all their focus on Le Mans Ultimate), so you also technically bought an abandoned game (though it's not a "dead" game yet).

thanks i lkaunched first time in vr big mistake lol i clicked on content and there was none i bought this and automoblista 2 and that sucks 2 no i will stick with heavily modded asseto corsa for the win

I must admit the way they did it has always been a bit backwards, there is plenty of good community stuff and the S397 content is all included you just need to download it from workshop. IMO the only content worth buying was BTCC but they seem to have abandoned that aswell, they're supposed to be keeping it up to date until 2026 as per the agreement with alan gow

what sucks about AMS2?

This sim has been out for many years,many free cars and tracks and tons of information out on the sim,If you bought it and think you got ripped off well now were getting back to stupid no other way to look at this i'm sorry.

That's a you problem.... the game doesnt suck at all.

With AMS2 you need to setup as custom wheel.
A tiny bit of reading will tell you that but judging by your previous comments you would rather bludgen your way through life instead of using any kind of intelligence.
