Gravity Gun Jump

I tried jumping using Gravity gun but its not high enough for me to get out of the window. I also tried shooting right after jumping but turns out that it just doesn't work for me after any motion, it's like it froze and only work after the motion is finished. Send help ;-;

There is a window a bit to the right of the broken down van, looking at the window. That is how I got out.

i cant get full power jump, what i miss?

You need some finesse when you make the jump.
I sprint, and when I point down and fire, I also hit the jump button at the same time. I have no trouble getting through all the windows.
