I found out Chapter 3 was released 2 years ago

So I played through the first two chapters a while back, and saw the announcements that chapter 3 would be released on Steam as well.

But while searching online, I found that all three chapters had been originally released as Flash games. They played exactly the same, just without any voice over. So instead of waiting for Chapter 3, I'm left wondering what's taking so long for Chapter 3 to be released on Steam? Chapter 3 was released in September 2014, before Chapter 1 was even released on Steam. I can only think of being unable to complete the voice overs as that's the only difference between the two versions.

I know I'm late here but they aren't exactly the same. There are minor changes to item locations and puzzle solutions. These kind of changes are actually quite common when a previously released game is re-released on steam.
