I've gotten a free lord twice now.
Not that I'm complaining, but while looking through the recruitable lords, I right-clicked on the portrait of an unavailable lord and the game gave him to me. Happened with Grombrindal and Ol' Golden Mask.
Anyone else know bout this?

The legendary lords that share starting positions are unlocked by building a specific building.
You're saying you got them without doing that?
