couldn't find how to fix stuttering on menu

how to fix this massive stuttering? i'm running a gigabyte amd radeon rx 7900 xtx
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor 16gb of ram

it was my graphics card driver, the latest update was corrupted. I would say go to device settings and check yours but I don't know if that would be it for you.
