Can't play on Ubuntu

When the game starts, all on the screen blinking and lagging (like 3 fps)
Laptop config:
Intel Core i5-12500H
GeForce RTX 3050 for laptops 4 Gb
RAM 16
Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
I checked drivers and graphics settings, everything is ok.

How can I fix it?
I really like this game and want to play again(
