Got a crash in ivu_vhash.cxx 157

I got a crash in the room just beyond picking up the Glu Gun, while shooting a houndeye. Says this:

IVP Failed at /var/jenkins_home/workspace/Black_Mesa/src/ivp/ivp_physics/../ivp_utility/ivu_vhash.cxx 157

Don't kill the houndeyes at the elavator. Go somewhere else and do it. Gluon gun may also have an effect.

The elevator? I mean the ones where you're on the way to the scientist who tells you to restart the cores. I don't think there is an elevator. Anyway after the crash I restarted from the save and went a slightly different way, that worked but still...

No GPU, just the APU

Hi,

In chapter 12 (Surface tension), on this map ( https://imgur.com/a/8xUWnv2 ), there are a door in a tunnel (center of screenshot, after destroy antenna).

When I open this door, game crash with this error :

Anybody have an idea for resolve this ?
