Which freezer? The one in office complex or apprehension?

sorry for not specificying the office complex one where there's hanging meat

you have to go tho a few vents and move 2 rack of meat so you can go over a gap

you gota find a red valve then turn it till the crane lines up to create a walkway for you to walk across from the shelf things. nawisayen....

At the beginning there is a woman in a white coat. Usually all the NPCs say something and I understand if they want to get out or not, but she doesn't react in any way. Can't I get her out of there?
And also, when you climb through the ventilation, you can hear that there are monsters below (apparently, behind closed doors), but I don't understand how to get there. Are there any hidden passages somewhere?

She delivers one scripted line and can't be interacted with afterwards. Also, the original Half-Life would play monster noises at random, so this may be the same situation.
