This game dosen´t start

So i reinstalled the game and the game still dosen´t works. I start the game then i get a fullscreen for 2 seconds and the window closes but the game still runs if i click on the game the screen gets black and i hear sound but then the game closes but it still runs. Help ;_;

Does no one have an answer to this problem? I see people saying they can't play it and others say, what's your os/direct x, but then NOTHING. I want to play the game but I can't, because as soon as it starts up the game minimizes and I can't play. I have Win 7 64bit. Some help would be nice.
