I have tried everything to get this game working and nothing seems to work please help error message when trying to launch game

There's a quest when I'm trying to do Tiger Bai's storyline, but unfortunately every time I try to complete the quest to deliver the message to Sabrallag, there's an error and the program closes. Is there a patch for that?

I've been trying to fix this game for a while now, but I cannot seem to make it run in fullscreen mode. I have a widescreen, and it was running just fine the first time I played it, so what is the issue? why did it suddenly decide to not work?
