Sunny Shore - Spikey Tunnels/Rivers
So, I'm stuck on this part of the game. Mainly because I have no idea what one of these things looks like and how I'm supposed to get the elements. I don't understand why this game has a radar for eating other organisms but no radar for the quests?

I was thinking the same thing, I can't find the elements either

I just found out, the Elemenets are in the bottom right of the map, the place where it bumps you up into the higher level, then there is a vortex there above where you bounce back up.... Its that mess on the bottom floor that has what looks like white spongy type things, don't hit them and collect the elements in there, it is hard to do because fo the wave water things, but I got 18 elements down there before giving up. I will play it later.

Too hard for me also.
My slow blue creature just too inert for this tunnel. I gave up after about 50 tries.

I figured out that it is easier if you float above tunnel and remember spike placement before going there. Also you just need to avoid head-bump to spikes, while it's OK to bump by any other part. This way I almost done it to the end, almost... 82/83 elements.
And don't skip any element they are exactly 83, no exceed (I skipped one element at the end of tunnel, it was struggle to finish it once but now I need to go till the end second time!)
Also for some reason it is easier with small sparkle, and harder when you already grown mature sparkle that have full length chitin.

It is extremely annoying to start it from the beginning, every time you bump spike. This game supposed to be recreational not frustrating.
Also every time you exit game you need to start quest from zero point.

If game this frustrating later on play also, I understand why it have 'mixed' reviews.

upd
Beaten that tunnel, but there is another tunnel like this right on the level after next one! No, thank you.

I beat the Sunny Shore quest both as Green and Red very easily, didn't fail once and didn't even have to concentrate really. Haven't tried with blue yet. Red is faster then the stream so you can just go in the opposite direction and turn a bit to go through it with no problem whatsoever. Green can be invulnerable and go past it that way. I don't understand what you think is so hard with it.

In my opinion, it was easiest with Red because I never had to plan when to activate the ability, just casually go through it.

Oh, and I played with analog sticks with an Xbox One controller, maybe that is the reason I thought it was so easy?

EDIT: I have now tried with a level 10 blue, it was easy.

And I tried with a level 50 blue, it was by far the hardest and very frustrating!
So my tips is, don't do it with a level 50 blue, level up AFTER you completed this bullcrap if you want to progress in the game.

Played with mouse, to this point all my sparkes were very long size (level 30+).

I could beatten it only after game restart and rushing erlier levels not allowing sparkle to grow big.
Though I quit at blue level, too frustrating.

Max level is 50 and you haven't even unlocked the level 50 achievement. Why are you lying?

Oh, sorry, some time passed since I've played this game and I don't remember exact number correctly.
I remember it was close to max, since sparkle wasn't growing anymore.
I was pretty sure that it was level 67, but it seems to be 37 or 47.
I'll fix it, thanks for correction.
