Finally 60fps
Just use Frame Generation on Lossless scaling.
Feels a lot better than 30fps.

I installed it yesterday just to see it for myself. This was the first game I thought of when I wanted to see a game that was capped at 30fps running in "60fps" with frame gen

Doing a playthrough now, is it really worth it?

In my humble opinion: YES.
I tested it out following all the instructions.
It indeed made moving around quite smoother, but at the same time introduced graphical glitches such as constant warping around the characters

That's the price you pay, since this isn't REAL 60fps as in game-generated, it's just additional frames created by AI postprocessing. And those have errors in them, of course.

A tradeoff everyone has to decide on for themselves.

Wait a few more years, and these issues may be ironed out. Since Nvidia seems to be betting heavily on the technology, there's a good chance it will improve in quality over time.

its not bad as long as there isn't too much motion going on..
the warping appears heavily on quick motions like when a character attacks an enemy.
30fps doesn't interpolate well to 60, this technique is actually made to get 60fps to 120 or higher for higher refreshrate monitors.

It's quite a bit nicer than standard 30 at least so this feels awesome by comparison :spurdo:

I feel the same. This was a game changer for me with a pretty decent monitor. Nothing but props to the OP as I am currently doing a playthrough. Buuut, as with anything PC gaming related, end user results may vary due to an infinite amount of configuration possibilities. Sucks it doesn't work well for everyone.

Is this a mod? I’m not seeing an ingame option to enable 60 fps.

not a mod, but a universal tool called lossless scaling, its available on steam.
works with all kind of games and even games on emulators that are capped at 30fps.

It's an external tool that uses AI to upscale FPS by generating the extra frames separately. It isn't specific to this game.
What is the gpu requirements for frame generation. Wondering if my 2070 super can handle it.

It's pretty light. I have a cheaper gpu and it worked fine.
