How exactly does the criteria for unlocking the alternative costumes work? Can I just replay a level over and over to get the rankings to unlock them?

I don't want to play a 2d side scroller on my pc, I would much prefer it on my mobile phone, and I want to know if it's possible or not.

What is really surprising about this game is that Russia here isn't depicted as frozen wasteland it is in 10 out of 10 cases in western media. Who knew that a country across multiple time and climate zones won't be all snow and ice, huh? And players can even discover new places in Russia apart from Moscow :D...
