On top of that, unless they revamp the reputation system, you can still get reputation loss from getting reported when you say something as trivial as "gg ez" if the enemy team decides to report you for text abuse
Gone are the days of being able to say whatever you want and using the mute button as your means of dealing with someone who's causing problems. If we're going to start getting reputation hits for lightball trash talk like calling someone a "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot", then they might as well make any form of trash talking a bannable offense
