I just put on Synthwave radio. I'm currently over 3,000ly outside the bubble charting the black and doing exobiology and its very chill with this.

The lamentations of my enemies' women is the only music I need.
Anything by Shadow of Intent. I'm a death metal guy and Flying the Black Flag (their latest track) just makes space combat feel so intense lol. They're a Halo themed band (Their name is the name of the cruiser that white-armored Elite from Halo 2 is captain of), so the Sci-Fi theme of their music also adds to the vibe lol.

EDIT: Also lately it's been the Legacy of Rust soundtrack for the newest episode of Classic DOOM lol

Usually not a talky guy, but death metal and SciFi got me. While not so closely themed like the example above:

Have fun!

But, did you see your enemies driven before you?

My music is so bizarre . . . most people look at me like I've grown a 3rd ear.
Horrible Histories, Toby Keith, Willie Nelson, Lady Gaga, Weird Al, Aqua, Meatloaf, Kansas, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, other weird, random things.
Usually nothing, as I enjoy the silence (no, not Depeche Mode).

It's the other way round: whenever I hear this, I immediately want to play Elite.

Stellaris soundtrack is a pretty good match.
It's not always music. When it is, it depends what I'm in the mood for. Nox Arcana are usually a favorite, but The Birthday Massacre, Bad Religion, and a lot of other bands show up frequently. When it's not music, I may have a history documentary playing in the background, perhaps television shows like Babylon 5 or Doctor Who, or a narrative podcast like The Magnus Archives or Welcome to Night Vale.
Generally for me it's the sounds of Ace Combat, both official OST as well as fan-made. Project Wingman by extension of course.

I say generally as it's also what I listen to, exclusively, while I'm working on art as well. This has been the case for over a decade now.
I listen to the in-game soundtrack like a weirdo.
Depends what I am doing. Presently, I am cruising around the Titan wreckage and listening to 'Meddle' by Pink Floyd. Chill album for a casual round up of stuff.
