I got all of them except for the last one. Don't know anything about Star Trek . Tried to search for a character that meets the description but didn't find any.

Sometimes they are very meh, sometimes they've been a nice addition.

You get christmas-themed skins for a few ships (DBX, Anaconda, something else), a spacesuit skin, and 40 million credits.

Plus exploration value of the systems, assuming you do that.

the festive jumper spacesuit skin is a torso piece for the odyssey suits, idk about the fireworks yet

Fireworks are remote release flak launchers for your ship, they are at the stations you delivered the gifts to.
