Just got a couple of emails from two tickets I submitted about 6 weeks ago, telling me they are backed up and will contact me soon. I'm kind of surprised, I figured their help desk just triaged the tickets and purged all but the game-breakers.

Realistically, from a game-play perspective, a minor glitch that happened 6 weeks ago is moot especially since it had minimal impact to begin with.

On the other hand, I do hope they look at the tickets as my main purpose was to give them a good handle on where and when the bugs occurred so they can properly troubleshoot the issue. I submitted a bug report as well, but it doesn't ask for as much specific information.

The exact same thing happened to me and I had the exact same reaction.
Told them not to worry about my ticket, it's not that urgent and for them to focus on the more serious issues.
