That's a monster payday for someone who just stepped into their first Sidewinder. Normally it would be 20,000 -45,000 cr.

It's random.

Look at the item the requesting, the amount they requesting, then go look at the price to buy what they're requesting to take it to them. You're not making that much money, you're being reimbursed and making a little profit unless you're buying what they're asking for at an above average price in which case you're making a loss

1. It's an Imperial Rank mission so the actual money side isn't important.

2. Rewards scale with your faction rank. If you're only cordial or below, you'll usually LOSE money on these missions.

3. flipping between the different mission categories on the board will keep refreshing the imperial/fed rank missions until you see one you like. (I usually try for a simple courier mission and do it in an Apex.)

Because you can't buy them. MWCH are a mission reward only. When you find them for sale, it will be on a fleet carrier and they usually run north of 100,000 credits EACH!

They're a fairly common mission reward, but yep - not the easiest to do.

Well, that's a fine how-do-you-do for a new-ish player... First rank mission, too. I think I'll just let this one roll over.

Edit - Since nobody appears to be noticing this, Micro-weave Cooling Hoses are mission rewards ONLY. You can't buy them off any of the normal markets and the FCs that sell them usually ask more than 100,000 credits EACH!
