how to create the frontier account and why I can not open the game elite dangerous it said that it need codes i donot how to do

It can all be done via the launcher. You can create a frontier account there, then link your steam account.

It needs to be done because the game is cross-platform (at least, as far as different storefronts are concerned) so it doesn't have any steam-specific features in the game itself.

Unfortunately they got stuck in the 2000s. If you're a beta user, you've really lost.
