Change Fleet Carrier ID?
Any way to get a different one? If you decommission and buy a new one does it have the same ID?

The FC-ID is not changeable. Each FC get its own ID.

Does that apply if you scrap the old carrier, and get a new one later? Or is the carrier ID tied to your account and will always be the same? I've never decommissioned a carrier myself, but it seems like something they'd tie to your account...

Not 100%, but i think my carrier ID changed when i sold mine and later bought a new one.

My fleet carrier has been scrapped and rebought a few times and it always had the same ID.

It might very well be tied to fid. I can see an exception if it becomes decommissioned.
(ie it ties into storage #)
