Unlikely. Right now we are focused on the sequel, Party Hard 2. This doesn't mean that we will stop supporting the original game. Just don't expect huge updates and features to be added.
In the current state of the game, a lot of the multiplayer work has already been done. It looks like you just disabled it, and deleted some functions...
Do you allow modders to use that code to develop an online coop mod ?

And there is a lot of code already done for an online multiplayer. There is photon instances instanciated as gameobjects, and a lot of game actions have support for networking.
We can also find an online co-op button in a multiplayer menu (that never appears in-game), but the code in that function is empty.
That's why I think that you (not you personally but the game's devteam) decided not to ship it, maybe it didn't work ,or photon was too expensive, or not enough interest or whatever reason, and so you decided to disable it.
I'm maybe wrong though, that's just my guess
