Absolutely the best ever spent 2.50€ on a game.

Imagine if nemesis system hasn't been patented and WB decided to make it free to use by other games. We need a new game with nemesis system implemented.

Hands down one of the best games I've ever played. Although the controls are a bit janky and frustrating at times. Definitely wait for a sale before purchasing though as I got the game for only 3 dollars which is an absolute robbery.

It's so much fun and I love all the different combat styles you get to use. You can choose and build the character's skill set to preference and unlock all kids of gear with upgrades through tasks. The detail and options is immaculate. The lore from the books and movies is there and over all its a fun story line.

Honestly, I don't know where to start mesow has been with me through some tough years of my life I can't appreciate it's existence enough, though I sometimes find it boring, I'd still come back occasionally and admire it's beauty find more of it's secrets or just enjoy playing a masterpiece. It teaches a person a lot and shows how it's like to live in this world. Some events changed my life, although the story might not be peak for some people, the gameplay and things you can do definitely makes up for it. It's cheap too, always a few bucks during sales. I recommend you get it and experience the full thing yourself, then maybe you can also write a review yourself about this, just like I did. I might have more to write in the future, but only time can tell. Soon, you'll grow to love someone who isn't human. "Fire of war"

Story and Narrative (8/10):
The story picks up right after Shadow of Mordor, with Talion and Celebrimbor forging a new Ring of Power to take on Sauron. The narrative is pretty engaging, with lots of twists and turns. The characters are solid, and the voice acting is top-notch. However, the plot can get a bit convoluted at times, and some of the side missions feel like filler.

Gameplay (9/10):
Gameplay is where Shadow of War shines. The combat is smooth and satisfying, with a ton of cool moves and abilities to unlock. The Nemesis System is back and better than ever, making each encounter with orc captains feel unique and personal. Building your own orc army and taking over fortresses is a blast. However, the game can get a bit grindy, especially in the later stages.

Graphics and Design (8/10):
Visually, the game looks great. The environments are detailed and varied, from lush forests to dark, creepy fortresses. The character models, especially the orcs, are impressively detailed. However, some animations can be a bit janky, and there are occasional graphical glitches.

Sound and Music (9/10):
The sound design is excellent. The clashing of swords, the roar of orcs, and the atmospheric music all add to the epic feel of the game. The voice acting, particularly for the orcs, is fantastic and adds a lot of personality to the game.

Replayability (8/10):
There’s a lot of replayability here, thanks to the Nemesis System and the variety of ways you can approach missions. The different regions and fortresses add a lot of content to explore. However, the grind to get the best gear and level up your army can be a bit tedious.

Microtransactions and Grind (6/10):
One of the major downsides of Shadow of War is the microtransactions. While the developers have toned them down a bit, they’re still there and can feel a bit intrusive. The grind to get through the Shadow Wars endgame content can also be pretty heavy, which might push some players to consider spending real money.

Conclusion:
Middle Earth: Shadow of War is a fantastic action RPG that builds on the strengths of its predecessor. The combat is fun, the Nemesis System is awesome, and there’s a ton of content to keep you busy. However, the game’s grind and microtransactions can be a bit of a drag. Still, if you’re a fan of Middle Earth and love slaying orcs, this game is definitely worth checking out.

This part is actually much BRUTAL than the Shadow of Mordor. The only DLC I actually like is The Desolation of Mordor and that's just all. And the twist from the Bright Lord to Edge Lord... i mean Dark Lord or Necro Lord is just crazy

This game is great, one of a kind for the moment. The nemesis system (which ♥♥♥♥ WB for trademarking) is probably the funnest enemy system I have ever seen/played. Not a single orc had a single piece of dialogue that was repeated and not a single variation of their personality was similar. This is the only game I have ever played where the enemies have actually been connected to my actions in my own gameplay. I can shame an orc into being deranged and have his blood brother attack talking about how I've made his blood brother's brain melt. I've also cut this one warchief in half and he came back a few hours later looking all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and having his name changed to the machine. The combat is nothing special, Arkham style combat, just counter when the mark is above the enemy's head. The game does have its fair share of flashy animations so you look and feel badass while mowing down your enemies. The story is fine, as someone who has never taken in anything Lord of the Rings, but has played both Shadow of Mordor and War, I know little, but still some lore. The game is set decades before the events of Lord of the Rings so the events of the game aren't connected to the book. Yes, I did run into a few glitches here and there, but not enough to push me away. It's hard to believe that this game is nearly ten years old because it's so ahead of its time it's actually insane. It does suck that this and Mordor are the only games that utilize the nemesis system. I would absolutely recommend this game to anyone, I love it.

Story progresses too slowly, movement feels wonky and there is no counterplay against certain attacks leaving you with quite difficult and frustrating fights. Shadow of Mordor was much better.
