Missing a member

when i started an expedition, suddenly i lost one for no reason, every time i play after a while one of they will missing without any notice and its really hurt my gameplay

Do not use "you handle it" as this option has a chance to instantly "kill" one of your party members. I say "kill" because losing expedition members this way allows you to rescue them.

Use the radio and Scan Frequency until you get a rescue quest.
