Game crashes instantly on launch. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Got threw the whole game, did the training till I got a key in each of the 6 training and achievement poped up. In my game library it says I gotall achievements but when I click on list it says I'm missing Training day. On my profile it dose not updated my 100% complete games. I then started a new game and tryed to get 1000 points in each training a second time, I keep getting the popup saying I got achievment, but steam dose not update. Anyone else have this problem?...

Anyone experienced their save game randomly disappearing?

Could anyone suggest how I actually unlock this as it seems so random. Do I have to get a certain amount of points for every exercise or do I just simpoly need to keep playing one excercise until I get enough points for a key to unlock and then move on to the next one? Kind of annoying as this is the only one I need for 100%!...
