My take on TDToM after doing 100% on it
TDToM was sitting at my library for a while and i finally decided to give it a shot. And wow! What a fun game, it's not too long, but neither too short, and it shows us something most modern games are missing: pacing and flow.

Gameplay wise, the idea of climbing up a tower and defeating monsters, bosses and progressing trought to story is just amazing, it feels like a breath of fresh air playing something like this, it shows us the beauty of what videogames always have been: a simple idea but very well elaborated. Monsters are nice, different, and very well done, combat is engaging, yet simple and bosses are emblematic. You never feel bored or rushed by its size and the Island has the perfect amount of secondary secrets to look out for (like target boards, cogs and missing film reels).

Plot wise, i like the take that the game doesn't take itself too seriously. Ironically, this made it more deep if instead was just some Action with a "cliché" story, the ending was just perfect, LMAO.

At last, i'm deerly happy to know that a Latino gaming company is making good games for a nice price! Bom trabalho, meus amigos chilenos!
