I defeated Mecha-Chameleon and fell into the Dino-Dome then beat all the way through it.
The elevator tube came down. I followed it up got Robots special ability and the game showed me the rocket. However I messed something up and cannot figure out how to progress. The tesla coils on the platform seem stuck to the ground and the game won't target them. Furthermore a yellow arrow keeps popping up pointing upwards and at a slight angle.
Any help would be appreciated!
