Would it also be possible to then go with the normal layout, but with the function of turning on/off the Objectives box? That is my main concern with the UI right now.
I often find myself wanting to turn that box off, so I can enjoy the games visuals even more. I find the box sometimes get in the way of me pointing correct and fast enough on an enemy under the box.
Also, I might be an idiot, but I have hard time navigating in the weapon upgrade menu. When If I select a weapon to upgrade, I cannot go back to pick another weapon to upgrade easily, I have to go to inventory, and click the weapon tab again. A bit tedious, unless I missed an option somewhere. In addition, some tooltip are cut before the end of the text.
I tried pressing start again but nothing happens. And if i press esc it tells me that i tried exiting to desktop.
The only option is continue but that requires me to lose all progress ive made so far.
It bewilders me. A fast response would be very appriciated.
I have died having about 60 medkits- not even using one because I didn't realize I was in trouble. There should be more audio/visual cues. There's just a heartbeat right before death, sometimes just death without that warning.
When I look at the health #'s, sometimes to see *if* I'm in trouble (sometimes I think I am but I'm not), it takes my eyes too far from the fight, I've even died doing that, had I known, I would've used a medkit, but it's like your eyes get too far from the fight checking health with no other dmg indicator.
(imo) It feels more natural having health down lower on the screen (feels like it's always closer to the action), but even the games with it up in a corner like this- there's more warning when you're taking dmg, versus just fight sounds- maybe a heartbeat (but sometimes not) then boom, you're dead & thought you were ok.
Sometimes after one the mystery deaths I click the "load last checkpt" and that points yet again at losing lots of progress due to save pts being too far apart (you don't lose part of your money if you reload last checkpt out of habit, or on purpose).
