Hi, I bought the game and got rly weird bug with car camera. So i've unlocked all (i think) of the cars, but i have no idea how to unlock the parts for them, i've replayed story missions, i've played side missions, and nothing. What am i missing? are there even parts for the non story vehicles?

This is something I find very common for me sadly. I start up the game yet it is in a resolution my screen cannot display, I have attempted to Alt+Enter whilst ingame, use the steam launch properties to start in windowed and it still doesn't work and none of the config files have anything reffering to resolution either. Can somebody please help me?...
