Unfortunately, I didn't like this game quite as much as I liked "Crimes and Punishments". The first few cases are really good, but I dont like the way the story unfolds. I don't really think the more occult and religious approach fits this game. I'm Sherlock Holmes in victorian London, I wanna solve crimes and be a detective, not deal with magical witches and ♥♥♥♥♥. This is just my subjective opinion, and others might find the story more appealing than I did. It's still a decent game with more positives than negatives.

Evendough it starts rough, graphics look like a bad port from 2009.
Some of the mini games are just unneeded fillers but luckely you can skip almost all of them.
In the end, the game draws on a success formula that worked before, good great solid mystery stories that draw you in.

Worth a buy if you get it cheap and if you liked the previous games.
