can't get epping forest to show on map

I have all relevant clues that should put epping forest on the map . . . nothing. They aren't showing on the deductions board . . . so can't move forward. Suggestions?

have you done the match thing on the map at Baker Street?

I'm not sure. When I click on the map, SH simply says . . . a map of London, could be useful.

Hi, I have the same problem : When I click on the map, SH says > a map of London, could be useful. But nothing more...
