This game lets you dual-wield rifles and climb walls with plumbing tools—10/10 already. It’s like Indiana Jones got fed up and joined a metal band. Exploding heads, secret castles, and B.J. being a one-man apocalypse? Beautiful.

killing nazis is always good, use IDTweaker 5 to unlock the fps (you will need to set it to 60 fps for 1 second at some parts, you might get stuck in place after a dialogue but its quick and the console remembers ur inputs even when u close the game)

★★★★☆ (4/5) – Still Life in The Old Blood

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood might be showing its age, but you wouldn’t know it from how well it holds up—visually and performance-wise. Running at a flawless 4K 60fps, the game still manages to impress with its gritty environments and cinematic flair... as long as you don’t look too closely.

BJ Blazkowicz is still a solid lead—stoic, brutal, and somehow likable despite all the carnage and bloodshed. Wesler was a standout character too, though I wish he’d stuck around longer; you barely get five minutes with him before everything goes off the rails.
The rest of the cast felt similar, if not less memorable—serviceable, but largely forgettable.

The pacing is steady through most of the game, with Part I building nicely before things ramp up hard toward the end. That difficulty spike caught me off guard—even on Bring ‘Em On (medium), the game isn’t afraid to punish sloppy play. I died more than a few times.

Then come the zombies. I actually liked the added challenge, but the way it’s implemented—especially in the mech—feels tedious. You’re forced to exit the mech just to melee them, which breaks the flow and turns what should be power fantasy into busywork.

And that final boss was Just plain brutal. The last stretch drags a bit too long for my taste, but despite the pacing hiccups and repetitive zombie fights, The Old Blood is a worthwhile expansion— once it picks up its fast, bloody, and atmospheric. I’d say it’s essential for the storyline, and it’s damn entertaining.

It's honestly even better than The New Order. The atmosphere of the game reminds me of Return to Castle Wolfenstein and I think it's very much safe to say the creators of the game took strong inspirations from that game as you get many moments in that game that are strongly reminiscent of RTCW, be it some of the game's levels or its characters... the story, too to some degree. And I absolutely love all of it. I love the game is just constant action after the prologue unlike TNO which was more story-focused. It's not a bad to have your games focused on a story at all, but I personally prefer my FPSes more action-oriented.

Like The New Order? You'll like this. Solid gunplay, great setting. Not as great as The New Order in terms of story but it's short and to-the-point. The best feature that the old blood added is a UI element that tells you the relative direction of a commander so you don't have to run into walls like in TNO. TNC is by far the best of the three though.
