If you really think there's little effort put behind game development, cause of some localization typo on a subtitle (which is usually handle by third party companies with high prices and overworked employees), probably you are too young to be playing them in the first place. I would say stick to cartoons for another couple of years before jumping into gaming.

The localization teams are charged with providing accurate translations. I'd alert the dev team and Bethesda about the inaccuracies. The contract and deliverables are likely way past due. But that would be the path forward. Alert Bethesda.
