Will it be possible to play on Windows 7?

I'm on Manjaro 25, which is a fork of ArchLinux. Instead of opening the game it crashes when I click play in my library. Mosaic.x86 crashes instead of opening the game and Mosaic.x86_64 does nothing when executing. I confirmed permissions are set correctly....
