Or you can just use your own brain instead of letting a software think for you. Just my two cents.

lol, cant you submit it as false detection when it detects it? Bad antivirus if it doesn't give you this option.

That's not my game, not my job, this is the job of the developper/antiviruses companies to work together to fix their mess.

It is not the developer responsibiity to fix bugs in third party programs that you've installed on your PC. If you check system requirements for the game it does not list that you require Kaspersky anti-virus to play the game and nowhere on the game website will you find a download link or recommendation for Kaspersky anti-virus. It is additional third-party software which you have chosen to install on your PC that is misbehaving.

Developer could advise you to switch to a better anti-virus software though. Windows Defender which is built into Windows 10 is very good these days and better than a lot of the paid ones. This is a Kaspersky issue so you have to add the game to your Kaspersky exceptions list and then submit the exe to Kaspersky as incorrect behaviour false positive and they will fix it in updated virus definitions.

No issue with the game itself and nothing the developer can do except submit the exe to Kaspersky and it is ridiculous to expect them to test it is not incorrectly flagged by every misbehaving third-party anti-virus software that people may choose to install. As long as it is not detected by Windows Defender they have done their part.
