How do I get the Yui good ending?

I've gotten several endings, the Yui and Ryn bad endings, which are basically exactly the same in dialogue. I accidentally got the whats-her-name Demon ending, I also got the Taka Ending, but now it seems no matter what I do, I go down the Taka route. What is it that triggers the Taka route? This game isn't very clear on its routing. I believe me running out of the window was what triggered the Demonic route even though it wasn't clear that is what would happen....

I am curious on what I missed for the achievement...please help.

What I have done. So far, I have unlocked all but the last two pictures by doing the following and I was wondering if I missed something or not to grant the achievement or the last two pictures in the "gallery" for this game? ----------- Had the ending with the popular girl after beating up the only other guy in the universe...so to say. The bad ending by picking Yui at the beginning instead of both. and the same with Ryn as well. I picked the best friend of Taka in the closet toward the end. I had...
