We realized that there are some performance complaints by gamers playing on a laptop. In some cases this might be an issue that is known relating to NVIDIA mobile graphics cards.

In some cases the laptop is not using the dedicated GPU but the integrated graphics card which probably will result in performance issues. If this is the case you should try the following:

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
Select “Manage 3D Settings”
Select the Tab “Global Settings”
Select “High Performance NVIDIA Processor” as Preferred Graphics Processor
