1.3 hours, no card drops. Anyone else have this?

Valve changed the way card drops work because of the new 2 hour refund period. Now, cards will not drop until a game has been played for 2 hours.

That's OK, no problem really. I guess all games are like that now, not dropping cards until 2 hours? I suppose that will stop card harvesting refunders :)
