I got a ryzen 9 7950x and an rtx 4090 in this ♥♥♥♥♥, and regularly build gaming pc's In no way am I a game developer but it is highly suspicious of a game that isnt even on par with minecraft (i personally loved in the xbx 360 days) this game used to be goated, but this low of fps on a system I know can handle games like MR, Gta v enhance + raytracing, Cod warzone and bo6, farcry five, all at max settings and raytraced. yet get a 27 fps and have 75% of my cpu somehow being used. 16 cores 32 threads somehow? Id very much like an explanation.
