Anyone found how to unlock this achievement? I did two playthroughs, tried my best to explore everywhere but no luck.

This may just be a me problem, but I've gotten softlocked twice because of the shield climbing sections. The first time I'm not sure if I was spamming e to climb quicker, so since then I press e only when prompted. The second time I was climbing and got the prompt to pick up the shield and it went away and the sound of the shield being picked up played leaving me softlocked again. Just putting this here in case anyone has the same issue. You're not alone lmao...
