Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

Unless we remove the Techdemo entry from Steam, it's not possible to remove the tech demo from your library.

Hey, I like the game very much, but I wish to try the demo first. I couldn't get the key through the website as noone sent me an email, so what do I do to get it?

Unfortunately, the demo is not available anymore as the game has changed a lot since the demo release. In the next few months we'll finally have a new version online and hopefully also a new version of the demo.

funny, the tech demo ran better than the actual game, and it had proper gamepad support.

There is two ways:
1. Hide it
It will stay in your library (so on your account) but it will be permanently removed from the library view unless you specifically filter for hidden games.
2. remove it
A completely pointless move which usually is done by people trying to get a girlfriend and having tons of hentai and furry games on their account. It will permanently be removed from the account.


To hide it:
> right click on it in your library
> select "Set categories"
> check the "Hide this game in my library" box
done - easy peasy



To have it removed from your account:

> Click "Help" in Steams top navigation
> Select "Steam Support"
> select "Games, Software, etc."
> search for it using the search-box
> Click on the game / variant you want to remove
> Select "I want to permanently remove this game from my account"
done - easy peasy²

You mean if i get a girlfriend i have to remove Racecraft from my account? LOL what does that have anything to do with it. What girl would you give your steam account password to? Just funny is all had to make fun.

I found out how to delete if you can't remove via steam support. TLDR go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGameIssue/?appid=415500&issueid=123 and click remove from account.

Basically I found that when I went to the support page no options were available. But by looking at another game and the url it redirects you to I changed the app id and it works! It will not display the game name on the support page but it removes it.
