Update 5/1/25

-after many feedback that the control scheme was awful, changed to a WASD layout for default inputs.

-added Shield Mode (focus + defend)

-moved spinning sword to focus + dodge

-added air throw

-added Lantern Stage

-added first few phases to story mode, still very WIP

-reduced size of survival stage

-enemies register death earlier

-fixed arrow enemy turning

-fixed fade in/fade out timing

-fixed fire glow position bugs

-fixed enemy splitting bug

-added more sounds

Update 4/12/25

12 apr

-Added Dismemberment System WIP. Enemies can now be continuously cut into pieces and also kicked away. Will be buggy still, let me know if you find any issues.

-Added Archer Enemy

-added air sword catch/teleport

-perfect parry reduces defend points by 5

-fixed sword recall sound to stop when not holding input

-can control direction after defending spin now

-Reviving costs ALL your fireflies now

-fixed bug of kicking not resetting the animation

what is this?

Did I pay for a game with only a training mode? I love the pixel art and the gameplay is very nice but very limited unless Im missing something like beat the 1st 5-6 guys and thats it??? This could be a GREAT game and I hope it gets Finished. thx
