i cant save the configurations
every time i close the console and back the configuration is not saved

What do you mean with the console? not sure if other source games save console command stuff, but if you change your game settings from the menu it should be saved and will be the same every time you open the game. If the config is not saved, it probably is because it shouldn't be used that way.

I dont speak english very well but, if i change a configuration like the resolution it dont save

I see, I recommend using google translate. Changing the resolution should be saved as long as you use the game's menu.

Try to launch the game with -autoconfig one time, if it is still not working, disable steam cloud for the game.
