Is it also okay for deadly cutsmann to harass and stalk players often following them when he chases them from servers hopping after them for ten or more servers one after another?

Keep in mind that there is always a server with at least 6 players on it. Deadly Cutsman joins a server with me in it because there is a player list I leave when I see him join join another server and he joins that one and continues until I logoff. This occurred for over a week.

The case is, stalking isnt something that should be tolerated, which I do warn Deadly cutsman not to do this sort of behaviour. But what you have said Thrainn is just totally wrong, do you concider saying sorry for what you've done? because It's totally offensive to others and the community which are affected shouldnt have to face such a thing from anyone.

Is this true Thrainn? because if it is, then you are honestly wrong for accusing, and for that will be having your last chance, because anyone who blows their 3rd chance will be perm banned unless they have solid proof they are not guilty of an offence.

I don't want to add fuel to the fire, but this "complaint" sparked after I told him I would be reporting him, I even tried to explain to him why I wanted to talk to him, but he didn't listen. I even have a more complete chat archive of me explaining to him it was for a question first and then accidental, and me trying to understand how joining a public server constitutes harassment as the only thing I ever said was the question about the idle and when I got no answer, I never started any conversetion with him in the same server.

It isn't an offense. As an ex tf2 idler myself, I wanted to ask him why he does that. I'm not saying it's not ok for him to do that.

Yeah, actually I tried a few times, not an exaggerated amount, then I stopped asking.It wasn't like I went out of my way to ask him, didn't talk to him outside of the game or anything. It's ok if he wants to do that, but I believe he's missing the point of the game (which is playing and having fun).

Sorry I haven't been watching this discussion as I have more important things as taking care of my son etc.
On a weekend during the above mentioned time he followed me from a server I would leave and he would follow me to another 10 servers in a 15-20 minute session.
When I talked to him about it he said " so it isn't like I am coming to your house and looking in your window" This doesn't matter as people are bullied online and harassed all the time. This is the first time I have had to be pulled into a situation like this in all my years on steam. Where as cutsman seems to have a new topic every week about a new person he finds a problem with. I do not understand why he thinks he is Brainbread2 Sheriff but his comments point out he was stalking me thinking he is the law.
