After playing 15 hours and updating 80% of perks to max... I CAN NOT KILL A SINGLE ENEMY. They became immortal. I am doing high damage to them but they just dont die even when I hit them for 10 minutes.

1. Early game needs to be rebalanced. It takes 3 damage upgrades before you're able to one-shot the second 'tier' of enemies. Or, to put it another way, the first two damage upgrades you buy are completely useless. They don't change the gameplay in any way, they only exist to act as moneysinks. Late game, it's expected that you'll need multiple upgrades to meaningfully improve your performance, but early game, every upgrade should feel like it has SOME impact. 2.
