ROK Update R21

This release contains exploit fixes. Official servers have been wiped. We do not believe this update will require a wipe for community servers.

We continue to work with EAC on further changes to prevent hacking. Please remember that any hackers caught will have their access to the game perma-banned.

Crests are not able to conquer. This is on both Official and Community servers. Game is effectively broken until this is fixed.

Dear codehatch, you abandoned the game, then randomly dropped an update. Said update has further destroyed the game. All i can imagine you trying to do is completley kill the game off by making it unplayable. If thats the case, start refunding money.
