Store page says the game has them, but there's nothing on m Badges page and nothing has been added to my inventory after an hour and a half of playing. Has anyone gotten trading card drops?

Is it roughly an hour, or 90 mins, or how? Also, do the choices have actual wide-ranging consequences, or are they merely illusionary in nature? Cheers and good luck with this amazing game!
