I don't put much stock in CA caring whatsoever about what's broken in a 13 year old game, but if I did hold out some hope they'd fix something, I'd probably opt to bring it up in their official game forum rather than this steam forum.

The servers that hold user statistics seem to be down. This problem definitely should not persist longer than 1 week.

It's been a few years, around 2020 or 2021, there was an update that did it. I was trying to get my clan active and they still had the clan competition, but then maybe a year or so later, I checked it again and there was no clan competition. Clan tokens are tied to clan competition, so it wouldn't surprise me that that's gone too.
