Scores of over 2 billion???
Checking the leader boards shows a bunch of people with scores over 2 billion.

Since the max seems to be 600k - exactly how is this achieved?

Of course! I don't know why I didn't consider this before. I remember looking up the leaderboards a long time ago and wondering about the high scores, as well.
