Why are there no enemies in the overworld, or anything at all? Yeah, there's houses but there's no interaction with the environment beyond that. It's remarkably wide open for something that, as it stands, functions only as the path to the next dungeon and little else....

So, I'm in the caves, but am lacking three achievements. The one for getting the Life Seal, the lantern and the pickaxe didn't activate. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm confused on what I didn't do to get the 100% achievment. I got all the heart pieces for a total of 10 hearts. I got the consolation prize. I beat the game and set sail for home...so what did I forget?
