1) The first time I got to the dodge tutorial, the button prompt didn't appear; the game just slowed down for half a second and then I died to the spikes. I'm not sure what caused the problem, but I think it can be prevented by having the level start with the player falling into the spikes, but the player doesn't get control until after pushing the dodge button when the prompt appears. That way, there's no way to bypass the tutorial by accident by pushing another button or whatever happened to me. ...
